You’re asking, we’re answering.
Q: What can I trade in?
A: We accept children’s items up to size 10/12 + Causal Women's clothing. In addition, we will consider new toys and gently used utility items. Any trades of toys, books, clothing, or accessories must be in new condition.
Q: How long will it take to process my items?
A: We typically can evaluate your items within 30 minutes if there is not an abundance of trades occurring that day. You will be quoted a wait and processing time when you arrive. If you would like to drop off your items, you can return up to 8 days from the text message we send once when we finish processing your items.
Q: Do I have to clean my items?
A: Yes, we ask that you only bring in clean items that are new or gently loved. Any trades with excessive dirty or unsellable items will be devalued and removed from the process.
Q: Do I have to organize or sort my items?
A: It is helpful for us if you sort clothing from books and toys, however we know life gets hectic. Don’t worry, we will do the organizing during our evaluation as well. Please note that we will not accept trades in trash bags. No exceptions.
Q: Are there limits to what I can bring in?
A: To maintain overflow, we try to keep trade-ins at a 40 item limit per trade. If you have larger quantities or items besides clothing, please make sure you call before you book an appointment so we can prepare for the inventory to come in. If you would like an individual, itemized trade; an appointment is required.
Q: What items are more valuable?
A: Anything new in box with original packaging will receive 40% of our resale value. Tags must be attached to qualify for new with tags credit. We really love bamboo, organic, vintage, and retro items!
Q: What can I NOT bring in?
A: We cannot accept USED car seats, food accessories (togo cups, bottles, pacifiers, pumps), we do not accept furniture or bedding. Any items that are damaged or have missing parts will not receive a payment - disposal deduction may apply.
