Calm McYogi's Farm Book

Local Author Vanessa Salas has you join Calm McYogi at her farm where we will visit farm animals and nature the yoga way! Kids will learn to move their bodies in a safe and fun way. They will learn breathing exercises & guided visualizations to find peace within their bodies. Kid friendly affirmations will be used throughout the book to build self love, empathy, and self esteem. Phrases marked with quotations allow yourself and kids to say the affimation phrases out loud together! Have them join in singing "Calm McYogi" with you on each page.
